CSA Monitoring FAQ
Is a CSA percentile the same as a safety rating?
No. SMS percentiles and alerts are prioritization information, while an FMCSA safety rating results from a separate rating process. The terms should not be used interchangeably.
Can Mann Registration change an inspection record?
No. We can help review the record and organize a correction request when appropriate, but the responsible agency decides whether data will be changed.
How often should safety data be reviewed?
A regular review cadence is useful, and significant inspections, crashes, violations, or driver events should prompt a timely review and documented follow-up.
